Your role will include:
Qualifying prospects over the phone using leads provided by our clients or our internal database
Executing outbound calls to prospects with the goal to set up meetings for our clients (no selling involved)
Keeping our contact databases up-to-date
Emailing prospects to follow up on calls and sending marketing materials if appropriate
Participating in team meetings, client briefings and campaign review sessions
Engaging in our learning and development program to support your success at work
Working hours will fall between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday only.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
Fluent professional business English, both spoken and written
Confidence in making outbound calls to business professionals
A strong willingness to learn and work as part of a team
An interest in the IT/software industry (advantageous but not essential)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
