About the role
Our Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement across the globe. And to be a global fintech offering best-in-class features, we need a world-class Sales Enablement team to develop the structures and support needed to scale our teams.

We're looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to drive the creation of internal resources for Private Banking, lead communications and training initiatives, and ensure our Private Bankers are informed, aligned, and empowered to deliver outstanding value to customers.

What you’ll be doing
Developing and managing the Private Banking sales knowledge base, ensuring all content is easily accessible, up-to-date, and aligned with current sales strategies and market trends
Creating internal communication strategies to keep the Sales team informed about Private Banking features, sales strategies, and market intelligence
Facilitating effective communication channels, such as newsletters, internal webinars, and team meetings, to ensure that Private Bankers are aware of important updates and initiatives
Working across all levels of Private Banking to assess needs, gather input, and support the creation of impactful resources and content
Analysing results (both learning and business) to provide insights and solutions to continuously improve our resources
Collaborating with sales leadership to prioritise and communicate important updates and initiatives
Partnering and supporting a wide range of internal team projects
Prioritising and influencing projects in a fast-paced environment using data analytics
What you'll need
3+ years of relevant sales and/or sales enablement experience
3+ years of communication and knowledge management experience
Knowledge of content management systems
Fluency in English with impeccable communication and writing skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to multitask and manage a large volume of projects/requests
Solid collaboration skills and unmatched integrity to earn trust at all levels
A solution-oriented approach
