About the Role
We are hiring a driven and target-focused Telesales Executive for our Event Management company based in Sector 65, Gurgaon.
This role is ideal for candidates who have prior sales experience and are confident in handling outbound calls, converting leads, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential corporate and individual clients.
• Pitch event services and customized event solutions.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable proposals.
• Follow up consistently to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and daily sales reports.
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduation is Mandatory (Any Stream)
• Minimum 1 year experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Telecalling (Sales role only)
• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
• Target-oriented and persuasive personality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
