About the Role:
Homes & Buildings is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of experience in sales or client servicing, with strong communication and presentation skills. This role involves identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable products/services.
Sales & Business Growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and increase conversions.
Market Research & Reporting
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.
Participate in sales planning and strategy discussions.
Coordination & Support
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
Support customer queries and ensure post-sales satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and follow-up abilities.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
