Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Candidate should be graduate with Pleasing personality and good communication skills.
Should have minimum 1 years of work experience with a reputed retail store
Candidates should be customer oriented with excellent interpersonal & managerial skills along with the ability to lead the sales team.
should be responsible for smooth operations of entire showroom.
