Job Description
The company is an importer and distributor of many marquee musical instrument brands. It has 14 company-operated showrooms, a state-of-the-art E-commerce website and also sells musical instruments to over 300 dealers across India.
The company is looking for Sales Executives for its Distribution vertical, Delhi ; job profile includes:
1. Developing in-depth knowledge about products and markets
2. Sales of musical instruments to retailers / dealers in specific geographic territories
3. Handling existing customer accounts and identifying new customers (retailers / dealers)
4. Timely recovery of dues from customers
5. Maintaining regular contact with existing customers, including frequent in-person visits
6. Ensuring all dealers have adequate stock of our products at all times; knowledge of competing products purchased by these dealers
7. Keeping close track of sell-through of our products supplied to dealers
8. Promoting our products through social media and WhatsApp; and encouraging dealers to do the same
+. Giving feedback on sales trends; analysing competitor strategies, tracking and mapping competition (pricing, offers etc.)
The candidate is expected to have good sales and communication skills; organisational and time management skills; business sense and a professional manner; working knowledge of IT systems (Excel, Email, ERP). Knowledge of musical instruments would be an added advantage
