We are seeking energetic Sales Executives to sell our backpack stocks. This is a purely incentive-based role (no fixed salary). You earn only when you sell, with Cash on Delivery (COD) sales.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell backpacks to customers.
Collect payments through COD.
Keep track of sales and collections.
Achieve higher sales to maximize incentives.
Requirements:
Prior sales experience preferred (freshers welcome).
Strong communication and convincing ability.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Ability to work independently.
