Job Overview:
Home Interion is looking for a Sales Designer who can combine creativity with sales expertise to drive business growth in the residential interior design & execution sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating design concepts, and converting leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand client needs and propose customized interior design solutions.
• Generate leads through cold calling, client meetings, and networking.
• Collaborate with the design and execution teams to develop proposals.
• Create and present design concepts, mood boards, and layouts.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and close sales deals.
• Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and take necessary measurements.
• Stay updated with market trends, materials, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
• Experience: 1-2 years in interior design sales, client handling, or a related role.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is an advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet sales targets.
