Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.Identify customers’ needs, verify information, and provide feasible solutions.Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative sales targets.

Fresher/Experienced anyone can apply.Strong telephonic and verbal communication skills along with active listening.Candidates must have a good command over “English” language.Candidates must be opened for Night shift as per company’s requirement
