Key Responsibility
Strategic Sales & Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently achieve monthly sales targets and objectives.
Business Development & Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads, identify new opportunities, and secure work orders from relevant industrial clients using a strong professional network and cold outreach.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers (Purchase/Procurement) and serve as the primary commercial and technical point of contact.
Sales Execution: Conduct client visits, prepare and present proposals, and handle technical and commercial negotiations to close deals.
Coordination & Compliance: Actively collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Quality Control, Credit) and ensure all sales activities, including client-site problem-solving and documentation, comply with company and local government regulations.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
Knowledge
Strong knowledge and understanding of B2B sales, specifically industrial sales.
Familiarity with lead generation and customer relationship management tools (e.g., CRM systems).
Knowledge of market research techniques to identify potential clients and opportunities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
