Work experience range: 3-4years

Annual CTC: 5 LPA CTC with approximately 70% fixed and 30% variable salary

Required Qualification: any graduate

Work Model: Work from Office and 6 days’ a week

Role & Responsibilities:

· Analyze and whitelist different mutual fund.

· Attend Con-call of fund manager, maintain list if whitelist fund and track them regularly. Suggest and plan portfolio for investors.

· Recommend right organize training for different aspect of Mutual Funds.

· Identify current and potential relationship with additional revenue potential and grow business volumes for larger share of customer wallet.

· Generating Incremental Business

· Develop, manage, and expand customer relationships by providing service level which exceeds client expectations of most important customer segment.

· Client Handling

· Consult them financially on the latest trends in domestic bond market

· Solve their concerns and questions related to buying/selling of bonds

· Help clients understand different options available for buying/selling bonds

· Interact with the transaction execution team to close the orders from the clients

· Keep existing clients updated with the latest trends in global bonds market

· Increase buying/selling activity within your existing clients by sharing information on the latest bonds that match their investment requirements

· Generating leads from Open Market.

· Interacting with customers and solve their queries regarding investment.

· Responsible to generate revenue.

· Achieve Sales targets.

· Maintain daily reports.

Skills Required:

• Good Knowledge of Investment products in Finance sector such as Stocks/ Mutual Fund/ Banking Investment products /Insurance Linked investment Products etc.

• 3 to 4 years’ experience in sales of advisory services in investment in any of the above products

• Thorough knowledge of marketing and sales process like exploring the probable customer segment, generating leads, meeting the clients, sharing the quotations, negotiation and follow ups, closing the deals and doing actual sales and building relationships etc.

• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Maintaining strong client relationships with new and existing customers

• Strong Interpersonal Relationships with members of the team
