Responsibilities:
Build business by identifying and selling to prospects; maintaining relationships with acquired customers.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
Expand distribution and new account acquisitions in the assigned geographic area through effective market analysis.
Ensure continuous demand from customers.
Achieve Targeted Sales to earn incentives
Develop Sales promotion plans for delivering sales volumes.
Negotiate contracts with key stakeholders.
Liaise effectively with key accounts to get Company and its SKUs listed in order to enhance sales.
Ensure timely collections of payments from the customers.
Plan/execute/support local marketing activities, such as sampling/promotions, to agreed budgets and time scales, and integrating sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, product launches and promotions.
Manage customer contact activity and programs for HORECA, Institutions and others.
Responsible for channel hygiene and system implementation.
Sales forecasting for smooth production support.
Build positive and impacting relationships with key stakeholders and channel partners within the framework of company policies.
Ensure the profitability, infrastructure & distribution capability for the HORECA & Institutions sales segment
Key Accountabilities:
Meeting growth targets & objectives of the company.
Overall growth in market-share
Strengthening & expanding distribution networks.
Identification & development of new markets.
Establish CRM tools and systems.
Relationship building & Customer Satisfaction with key accounts
Cost Optimization in retail operations.
Market intelligence/ information system
Essential knowledge, skills and traits :
Should have good market knowledge and be able to track competitor's activities.
Should be able develop the market from scratch for new & innovative product line.
Should be able to analyse and strategize sales initiatives.
Should be able to Manage Distributors & Trade
Attention to detail and content quality.
Good communication skills both verbal and written in English.
Good interpersonal skills
Proficiency in business metrics & numbers
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Traits (essential):
MBA in Sales / Marketing.
0 to 3 years of experience of Sales & Distribution, preferably in Health-food FMCG industry
