We are looking for Sales executive who is having experience in Real Estate, High rise Buildings, SOBO Market.
JOB Description:
Presenting residential projects and plans to brokers and potential clients.
Follow-up with potential clients interested in Residential housing
Establish and maintain relationship with clients
Coordination with clients and booking appointments to show the property to prospective buyers
Attending existing clients at site and coordinating with them on the phone, handling incoming enquiry calls, preparing daily lead generation report, following up with leads, preparing prospect list networking. This position is responsible for overall managing the sourcing, onboarding, and training team for Channel Sales.
● The candidate would be responsible for managing onboarding & training SOP to channel partners
and end to end solutioning in lean and effective ways in meeting the business metrics. The position is a middle-management role within the operation.
● Strategy and planning: To top-management in developing operations strategy for effectively scaling the sourcing requirements of the company with regards to the Channel sales aligned with the site. Perform cost analysis and reporting as well as manage schedules, quality initiatives and process change initiatives. Design and manage execution for cost effective and timely addition of resources.
● Implementation: Improve the systems, processes and policies in the operations team to better support management reporting, information flow and relevant business metrics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
