Key Responsibilities
• Learn and understand company offerings in staffing / recruitment services.
• Identify and research potential clients across sectors such as IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Pharma, Retail, Logistics, etc.
• Manage end-to-end Sales lifecycle from prospecting, lead generation, client outreach, proposals, and capability presentations through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate meetings between clients and internal teams to discuss requirements and service offerings.
• Follow up with leads and contribute to converting them into active clients.
• Understand client pain points and market trends to help tailor customized solutions.
