Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
Language Skills: Must be fluent in Hindi.
Independence: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks without direct supervision.
Travel: Willingness to travel frequently as part of the sales role (both local and regional, depending on the business needs).
Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a solid understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing.
Computer Knowledge: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Self-Motivated: Strong drive, with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to stay focused and motivated to achieve results.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
