Job Description
Vajra Global is looking for a Sales Expert for Social Media Marketing Services who will be responsible for acquiring new customers for our Social Media Marketing services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media marketing and a proven track record of acquiring customers for Social Media Marketing services.
Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential customers for our SMM services.
• Reach out to potential customers via email, phone, or in-person meetings to pitch our SMM services and explain their benefits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
• Collaborate with the SMM team to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in social media marketing to ensure that our services remain competitive and relevant.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in social media marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, including platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Proven track record of acquiring customers for SMM services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
