Objective of the role:
• Planning, implementing, managing and overseeing sales strategy
• Responsible for the revenue target for the region/project
• Create a high performing team
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Training and coaching of the new and existing team members
• Supporting problem resolution and decision-making
• Conducting timely performance evaluations
• Dealing with performance problems and terminations
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Area Handling (Based on location)
• Highly motivated and target-oriented leader who has extensive and sound Relationship Management with Superiors, Developers & the Team experience,with an outstanding past result.
