As the Sales HR Head, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the client's talent acquisition strategies while providing strategic HR support to their high-performing sales teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and make a real impact in the dynamic and rewarding field of life insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract top sales talent in the industry.

- Partner closely with sales leadership to understand business goals and provide strategic HR support.

- Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive performance, engagement, and retention within the sales function.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between HR and business objectives.

- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and innovation.

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience in HR of at least 15 years, with a focus on talent acquisition and business partnering.

- Strong understanding of the life insurance industry and its unique talent requirements.
