Work Type : Full Time
Work Location : On Site ( https://g.co/kgs/UyG1H7v ) , Electronic City Phase 2 / Bangalore
Mode of Operations : 100% On site .
Area of Exposure :
HR : Will work of establishing end to end process for a Global Online Hiring Portal , bound to launch soon. Will be responsibile for establishing process , delivery modes , client interaction and onboarding.
Sales : Will be majorly responsible for market penetration globally ,connecting with Major Universities and Corporates .

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales & HR Management Intern at Analytus Group. The role is based in Bengaluru South but allows for some work from home. The Sales & HR Management Intern will assist in developing and executing sales strategies, supporting HR functions, conducting research, participating in recruiting processes, assisting with onboarding new staff, and maintaining employee records. Additional tasks include coordinating training sessions, preparing sales reports, and providing support to the HR team in various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Understanding of HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Any previous experience in sales or HR is a plus
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
