Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Sales HR Generalist who can manage end-to-end HR activities while also supporting sales and marketing functions. The ideal candidate must have a background in HR generalist roles and hands-on experience in sales or field marketing. Fluency in Kannada is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment and onboarding for field sales and office staff.
• Handle attendance, payroll coordination, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Drive employee engagement and grievance resolution.
• Conduct performance reviews, appraisals, and training coordination.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
• Maintain HR reports, MIS, and documentation regularly.
Sales & Marketing Support:
• Support field sales team with coordination, lead tracking, and performance reporting.
• Assist in market visits, product promotions, and brand activations when required.
• Help build incentive plans, territory mapping, and sales team structure.
• Contribute to sales planning and execution in collaboration with the sales head.
• Act as a bridge between HR and Sales to align business goals.
Key Requirements:
• 3–6 years of experience as an HR Generalist with field exposure to sales/marketing.
• Strong understanding of sales operations, marketing campaigns, and team coordination.
• Fluent in Kannada (mandatory); English and/or Hindi preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Must be open to local travel within Karnataka as required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR tools/systems.
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
• MBA in HR / Marketing (preferred)
