In this role, you will oversee insurance operations, drive sales strategies, and manage client relationships to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate products. Explain insurance policies, coverage options, and terms clearly to clients. Prepare and present quotes, ensuring all client questions are addressed. Maintain and manage a portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships for ongoing support. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes. Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processes as needed. Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
