We’re looking for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales / Kitchen Team Member. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys both front-of-house interaction and back-of-house hustle. You’ll play a key part in delivering top-notch customer service while helping prepare and serve our delicious offerings.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Answer product questions and offer recommendations
Operate POS system, handle cash and card transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house
Restock displays and ensure products are properly labeled and presented
Kitchen & Food Prep
Assist in preparing food items according to recipes and quality standards
Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
Help with packaging, labeling, and storing food
Clean and sanitize kitchen tools, surfaces, and equipment
Support the kitchen team during busy periods with prep and service
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience in food service, retail, or customer service is an asset
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
