Job Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Sales & Link Building Specialist with an Academic background in software/IT or relevant work experience in the software/IT industry.
Who can handle pre-sales inquiries, address technical concerns, resolve order-related queries, and assist with link-building efforts. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess excellent customer communication skills, and have a keen interest in both sales and SEO.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Responsibilities: Respond to pre-sales inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Understand and address technical concerns and questions from potential customers.
• Guide customers through the sales process, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through purchase.
• Resolve customer orders, purchase, refund, upgrade, and downgrade-related queries.
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve any complex issues or concerns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
• Link Building Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to enhance our online presence.
• Identify high-quality websites and establish relationships for backlink opportunities.
• Conduct outreach to relevant websites, blogs, and influencers to promote our content and secure backlinks.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of link-building efforts.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO and link-building trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with the content team to create link-worthy content.
Qualifications:
• Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Academic background in software/IT or relevant work experience in the software/IT industry.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or technical support.
• Basic understanding of SEO and link-building strategies.
• Ability to understand and explain technical products to non-technical customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
