Sales Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for:-
1. Will have to handle sales for us and pitch our Destination Wedding Properties in Maharashtra, Goa & Rajasthan.
2. Connecting with clients and pitching them our Partner Venues.
3. Understanding our Partner Venues so that the right Venue can be pitched to the Right Client.
4. Preparing an accurate Quote for the wedding in the most efficient manner.
5. Maintain a deep understanding of Eternal Weddingz & the services we provide.
6. Achieving sales targets.
7. As an ideal candidate, you should be able to source vendors, obtain quotes from vendors and maintain a good relationship with them.
8. Build & maintain strong client & business relationships.
+. Suggesting locations, decoration, photographers, caterers etc.
10. Identifying clients needs & requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
11. Discussing all the aspects of the wedding with the bride and groom and guiding their decision making process.
Requirements
1. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, design or related field. Hospitality Background would be a huge plus.
2. 3+ years experience in client handling and Sales.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Good problem-solving abilities in stressful situations.
5. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
