Role
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager/Business Development Executive at RxCloud. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, generating leads, and creating and executing sales strategies. Additionally, the Sales Manager is expected to provide regular reports on sales activities and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the company's sales performance.

Job Description:
• Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation
• Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company
• Identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target industries.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, and networking events.
• Generate client awareness and preference for the business and its products. May include developing/sending promotional material, authoring articles, presenting in business forums, business associations, etc.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the sales manager.
• Customer Relationship Management.
• Market Analysis and Reporting.
Desired Skills:
• Should have minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• In depth sales experience, with industry expertise and proven track record against getting good campaigns & generating revenue.
• Experience in (Inbound/Outbound) Lead Generation, Survey, and Sales.
• Should have in depth knowledge in negotiating/Quoting prices of different work models.
