Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding market presence for our FMCG products. Reporting to the [Job Title], the Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, managing key accounts, and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for FMCG products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding distribution channels, acquiring new customers, and entering new markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to optimize performance and achieve individual and team goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and key insights.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
