We are a Peak XV ( erstwhile Sequoia) investee healthcare Fintech, soon to be an NBFC. With over 250+ Cr disbursement in our kitty, we are looking for dynamic, solution-oriented, healthcare background professionals who can build a good lending network of hospitals, Diagnostic centers, labs, pharma dealers, and distributors in their region. We specialize in unsecured lending and solve for working capital requirements for the healthcare ecosystem. Responsibilities • Identify partnership opportunities • Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand • Maintain existing business • Think critically when planning to ensure project success Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 2 - 4 years of business development experience In Healthcare or Fintech is mandatory. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies • Focused and goal-oriented
