Job Description: Google Maps Review & Comment Executive
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to manage and improve our business presence on Google Maps by posting targeted daily reviews and comments.
Key Responsibilities:
Post genuine, engaging, and well-written reviews on Google Maps for our business locations.
Respond to customer reviews and comments in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure a daily target of reviews is met consistently.
Use different verified Google accounts to maintain authenticity.
Monitor and report on review trends, feedback tone, and customer sentiments.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to highlight specific services or promotions in the reviews.
Requirements:
Strong command over English and Hindi (if needed for regional reviews).
Basic knowledge of Google My Business / Google Maps.
Ability to write natural-sounding, varied, and honest reviews.
Must be punctual, reliable, and able to meet daily review targets.
Prior experience in digital marketing or reputation management is a plus.
