With 900+ homes successfully handed over , we are expanding our sales operations digitally and pan-India through a remote sales leadership model. Key Responsibilities (Remote) Close high-value real estate deals through phone, WhatsApp, CRM, and virtual meetings Manage the complete remote sales pipeline from lead allocation to closure Onboard, guide, and monitor Channel Partners (CPs) digitally across locations Optimize and monitor project listings on 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com Ensure fair and transparent lead distribution between CPs and internal teams Convert portal leads, inbound inquiries, and organic digital leads Resolve CP-related issues and conflicts remotely and professionally Track portal performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics Coordinate with social media and digital marketing teams to improve campaign ROI Work with content/design teams to ensure RERA-compliant and high-converting creatives Maintain CRM hygiene, reporting, and daily/weekly performance reviews Note: Site visits and documentation will be handled by the on-ground team. Sales Manager focuses on strategy, conversion, and partner management.
