Ewellix’’ is now growing in India and searching for Sales Manager South & East India -Mechatronics Products We have an exciting new opportunity in Bangalore, India for Sales Manager position to work in rapidly growing linear motion Industry. The position holder will act as one among the key players in the team to generate and manage sales transactions in Indian market. If you are an engineer enjoying selling high tech products to various customer portfolios in B2B environment, Ewellix is the right company. Ewellix is Part of Schaeffler Group having 16 BEURO turnover with 84000+ employees. In this role you will head South and East India sales. You will act as the primary contact for all customers and as the customer account owner. Generating leads and converting those into sales deals will be your primary objective. Your mission is not only limited to generate revenue but also to drive the sales process well aligned with our growth strategy. Key responsibilities • Identify, develop and manage customers in South and East India for linear motion products. • Listen to customer needs and prepare offers in coordination with engineering team. • Engage in follow up and in negotiation of offers and there by close deals. • Ensure that the sales targets are achieved with required KPIs. • Develop distributors at various industrial hubs in India and manage those distributors. • Ensure that a healthy receivable ledger is maintained for each customer accounts. • Participate on trade expos and represent the company to promote product sales. • Engage in effective team communication to ensure smooth coordination through the sales process. Your profile • B.Tech/BE in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in selling industrial products in B2B environment. Linear Motion products – actuators, guides, blocks screws experience will be preferred. • Excellent communication skills and fluency in technical English • Good electromechanical, automation understanding and solid interest in emerging technologies such as IOT etc. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and documents. • Strong know-how in commercial terms. • Enjoy working in cross-functional and international networks, and the ability to inspire and influence people through good networking, PR skills. • Must have excellent customer focus and passion to create value • It’s important that you are reliable and keep your promises, as well as possess the ability to discuss and challenge within your scope with key stakeholders and customers How to apply If you are interested and meet the above requirements, please submit your application with CV in English no later than September the 22nd 2026 to [email protected], [email protected] www.ewellix.com
