Reporting To: Head – Sales & Marketing
Job Summary: Secure Innovative Solutions LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager—West Region to lead and grow our business across the western market of India. This role focuses on driving sales of physical security solutions, entrance control systems, Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) solutions, and integrated premises security systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for regional revenue growth, channel development, key account management, and project-based B2B sales, while working closely with internal technical and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Drive business growth across the West Region through direct sales, consultants, system integrators, and channel partners
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in government, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, airport, metro, and high-security projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, architects, consultants, PMCs, and decision-makers
• Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals in coordination with design, engineering, and operations teams
• Lead negotiations, close orders, and ensure smooth coordination for project execution and handover
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance updates for management review
• Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, industry events, and presentations
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Graduate or Post-Graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 6–12 years of relevant experience in B2B and project-based sales
• Prior experience in security systems, access control, entrance control, HVM, or industrial products is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Willingness to travel extensively within the West Region
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Experience with physical security and entrance control products such as access control systems, turnstiles, boom barriers, road blockers, bollards, gates, or similar solutions
• Established network with consultants, EPC contractors, government bodies, and infrastructure clients
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex technical discussions
