• Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Cultivate leads for IT rental solutions across diverse industries, driving business growth.
- Conduct B2B lead generation activities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
2. Client Engagement:
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their IT requirements, and proposing tailored solutions.
- Present and demonstrate our business model effectively to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
3. Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
- Evaluate customer needs and preferences to align our offerings accordingly.
4. Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services, negotiating contracts and packages as required.
7. Financial Consultation:
Provide clients with financial insights into IT rental solutions, ensuring a clear understanding and satisfaction.
Assist clients in understanding the financial implications and benefits of our rental solutions.
6. Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Work in tandem with the Technical department to ensure post-sales service and support, enhancing customer satisfaction.
7. Customer Satisfaction:
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Handle client complaints or concerns with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution.
8. Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- Analyze sales reports and team performance to identify areas for improvement and achievement of targets.
+. Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from selling to payment collection, ensuring seamless transactions and timely revenue realization.
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings on behalf of the company to represent our brand effectively.
- Ensure leads received from various sources are addressed promptly and appropriately.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve collective targets and support each other's endeavours.
- Fulfil any other duties assigned by the Management Team as required.
