ROLE OBJECTIVE
The Education Consultant is responsible for managing leads, understanding parents’ academic concerns, and providing solution-based consultation to enroll their children into Azzahra Online Tuition’s according to specific choosen packages.
This role is crucial for delivering excellent customer experience and supporting Azzahra’s vision to help students achieve A’s in all subjects.
Job Responsibilities
Handle enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and messages
Understand parents’ needs and assess students’ academic challenges
Recommend suitable tuition packages and close enrollments
Follow up consistently with leads until successful registration
Manage registration forms and update Google Sheets/CRM
Coordinate with tutors for class scheduling and onboarding
Assist in creating basic marketing content (captions, simple visuals, student highlights, testimonials, short video)
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable speaking with parents and doing follow-ups
Able to work independently from home
Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, CRM)
Basic content writing or social media familiarity is an advantage
Experience in sales/customer service is a plus
Minimum SPM; Diploma or Degree preferred
