Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our legal services, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote Law Samadhan's legal services
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors
• Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into clients
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and other stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts in the legal and business community
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure client needs are being met
• Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Results-driven and able to meet sales targets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Having bike with valid licesne is must
