We intend to hire the MBA professionals (Sales & Marketing ). The CTC we are offering for the below mentioned profile is between 3,000,00 – 3,50,000 /annum.
Responsibilities
Customer Inquiries:-
1. Will be responsible to handle walk-ins , attending IVR calls ,Cold Calling & telephonic enquiries of the projects
2. Update daily customer details in inquiry software.
3. Outdoor Marketing
3. To provide details about the company and the unit to help a prospective purchaser
4. Representing project in expos and other promotional events
Planning
1. To create marketing mix for the project
2. To create media & promotional planning of the project.
3. To identify new online marketing opportunities
4. To plan, develop, and direct the marketing efforts for a particular project.
5. Marketing Research to improvise the project planning
Project communication
1. Responsible for all internal and external communications, including things like reports and press releases advertisement radio etc of deputed project
2. To represent Project Brand Image in public through both oral and written communications.
3. To prepare and present corporate presentations of the project.
Customer database
1. To ensure that information in customer software is best of his knowledge
2. Customer grievance handling for the project.
Maintaining Project communication
• Booking Forms
• Maps/ price list/ NOC certificates/ locations maps
• leaflets./Browsers
• Possession certificate
• CD/ walk through
Prepare MIS
1. Preparing and maintain MIS for all the deputed project.
2. Representing the reports in monthly meetings or when ever called.
3. Keep all the relevant records of the projects.
Qualifications
• Graduation
• MBA in Sales and Marketing will be preferred
• 2 years Real estate sales experience
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
