Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to drive customer acquisition, generate leads, and build brand presence for Hireomatic. This role blends sales execution with strategic marketing initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
Conduct product demos and explain Hireomatic’s value proposition to HR teams and decision-makers
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Marketing Responsibilities
Execute digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach)
Collaborate on content creation (case studies, social posts, product messaging)
Assist in brand positioning and awareness strategies
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
Support webinars, events, and product promotions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
1–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or SaaS business development
Strong communication and presentation skills
Understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing platforms
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in HRTech / Recruitment SaaS (big plus)
Knowledge of AI-based products or tech platforms
Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar
