Community Samvad (P) Ltd. is looking for spirited, passionate and savvy individuals who love to meet new people and make friends to join our Advertising sales team for Business development. Ideally candidate should be staying in Noida
The Manager-Sales & Marketing at Community Samvada will be responsible for:
Selling/booking advertising space to SMEs and Corporate in Noida/Delhi/NCR. The ideal candidate should have an experience in print media sales/ insurance sales/ hospitality or service industry.
We are looking for an energetic self-starter with a consultative sales approach who is pro-active in driving revenue and increasing the client base. She must be result driven and should be able to articulate the overall business objectives of Samvada and its value proposition to the advertising community.
Salary Range
3.6L - 4.75L LPA

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
• Engage with clients to demonstrate how Samvada can help them drive revenue to their business.
• Develop and cultivate deep relationships with variety of clients.
• Hit target revenue quota.
• Pitch new business to prospective clients.
• Update and create sales proposals.
• Ensure repeat /larger business from existing clients (Client retention)
Basic Qualifications:
• Any Graduate or any PG
• Minimum 3+ years experience in sales/business development
• Computer Savvy
• Candidate with Own Conveyance is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of working within a dynamic, performance driven environment.
• Track record of managing negotiations to successful closure and delivery.

27 to 40 years
