Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Marketing Manager for our on-site location in Jaipur, tasked with developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, drive revenue growth, and build lasting client relationships, while also collaborating with other departments to align our sales and marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Sales Marketing Manager or similar role
• Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing a team
• Knowledge of market research, sales forecasting, and budgeting
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
• Experience with digital marketing and social media
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Experience in the Medical Equipment industry is a plus
• Experience in developing markets is a plus
