Role Description
• Identify potential clients (seniors and their families) and referral sources such as doctors, social workers, senior living communities, and hospitals.
• Conduct community outreach events, seminars, or health fairs to raise awareness of Senior Helpers' services.
• Meet with seniors and their families to assess their needs and explain how Senior Helpers can provide tailored care solutions.
• Build trust and provide empathetic support to families navigating elder care decisions.
• Manage the sales funnel by following up with leads, setting appointments, and closing new client contracts.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral partners.
• Network with professionals in the senior care industry to expand the client base.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Provide feedback on local market trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in Medical sales home health sales highly preferable
• Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles is preferred.
• Strong lead generation capabilities with a focus on building relationships.
• Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations that effectively highlight value propositions.
• Ability to perform cold calling with confidence and professionalism.
• Familiarity with territory sales management principles is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
