Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Undertake sales targets for a certain region in primarily in Mumbai and ensure
targets are met in accordance with management expectations.
2. Make everyday visits to different retail stores in the defined territory.
3. Should have an existing relationship with retail stores in Mumbai.
4. Ensure in-store visibility of the brand is as per the guidelines set by the brand.
5. Manage an existing network of stores by ensuring secondary sales at the retail
stores.
6.. Establish new relationships with distributors and retailers in Mumbai
7. Ensure the stock fulfillment at the stores is done timely either by the distributor or
the company so that shelves are appropriately stocked.
8. Manage a team of sales promoters in select stores to drive sales.
+.. Prepare secondary sales data at the weekly and monthly levels and share it with
the reporting manager.
10.. Share in-store photos of the product display for visibility with the management
team.
11. Open to travelling to other cities for work.
Requirements:
2-6 years of work experience.
Prior work experience with a personal care brand is mandatory.
Knowledge and strong understanding of retail markets in Mumbai.
Willingness to hustle and get things done.
Proficient in verbal and written communication i.e. English and Hindi.
Comfortable speaking over the phone for multiple hours in the day.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Has interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
