Job Description
This will entail monthly publishing, reporting as well as analyzing execution performance while coordinating with external vendors such as HFS, Mindtree and Atlan for various task.
Responsibilities and duties . Perfect store target setting for tracking availability, promotions, assets, and SOS parameters . Daily Reporting and MIS for PSX . Interfacing HFS vendor for operational alignment . Store coverage and PC manning coordination between HFS and HUL . Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis . Coordinate with 3P Auditor firm for validating PC inputs and analysing deviations . Work on cost optimization and PC attrition reduction . Lead key analytics projects to drive distribution . Collaborate with IT team of HFS and HUL for design changes deployment . Atlan data reporting, catalogue maintenance and workflow creation for dashboards.
Qualification The right candidate for this role requires strong inter-personal and communication skills to maintain a positive working equation with all stakeholders both internal and external.
The candidate must be well versed with MS Excel, Power BI, SQL and have a bend towards ensuring business is driven by data and insights.
Min 2-3 years field sales experience is crucial to do an effective job in managing operational queries related to execution
