Job Description
In this role you are actively supporting Animal Nutrition Sales activities in the region, by coordinating the order process, supply chain planning and logistics. You report directly to our regional sales director.

Job Title: Executive Sales Operations

Location: Vashi, NaviMumbai
Work assignments
• Order handling including invoicing and documentation
• Coordination/communication with sales and customers
• Handling of payment methods (CAD, Letter of Credit etc)
• Shipping/transport bookings, including documentation and handling of customer returns
• Facilitate and follow up bonus and agent commissions
• Entering, investigate and follow up on customer complaints and internal deviations in accordance with the procedures
• Update and work with customer related information in CRM
• Create credit/FOC invoices and follow up on AR status/overdue payments and credit limits with open orders
• Planning – to make local warehouse replenishment plan in accordance with sales forecast, safety stock requirement and current inventory level.
• Order Processing - from order entry to fulfillment for imports of transfer orders for warehouse replenishment and intra-w/h transfers if required .
• Inventory management – to optimize local inventory level looking into actual ordering/sales forecast/pattern while fulfill customer requirement and keeping tab on slow moving/non-moving, near expiry material
• Vendor management – to set up KPI for local warehouse and transportation providers and follow up their monthly performance.
• Project – to lead or participate on local logistics vendor selection, SC optimization projects and tolling production coordination if applied.
• Reporting – to create and analyze transfer order, local inventory, freight and other costing reports.
• Complaint handling – to report the customer complaints to related stakeholders on finding root cause, creating corrective actions and providing preventive actions
• Support AN sales activity from Perstorp office on site
• Facilitate new account creation and distributor/customer onboarding
Your qualifications
• Bachelor degree with 2-4years experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of the full order to cash process and experienced in international trading/order handling, supply chain logistics/ planning or equivalent job experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP (data entry) skill set, experience with SAP is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language, both written and oral
• You work well under pressure whilst upholding a positive can-do attitude, in a busy environment
• You areable to work as part of team with oversea / domestic colleagues and are customer oriented and prepared to take extra mile for customers
