Job Description
• He or she will be required to prepare Tour Itineraries and Holiday Packages, work out on costing, and handling company's clients.
• Candidate will be required to sell holiday packages for Domestic & International destinations, interact with the clients, note down their details, and customise the tour as per their requirements.
• Promotes goodwill by being courteous, friendly, and helpful to guests, suppliers and vendors.
• Meet with clients to discuss their travel preferences, provide recommendations for accommodations, destinations and activities based on clients' needs and budget.
• Monitor and respond to client queries and concerns within short turnaround times.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, travel and tourism, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a travel consultant will be preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of travel industry products, services, and trends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
