Job Description
We are looking for a proven Sales Operations Executive to join our team in Mumbai. Salary up to 3.6 Lakhs per annum.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Operations Executive:
• Provide operations support to sales team in helping them with Account Insights & Pricing Options.
• Ensure that the Sales Team are enabled with right & updated Proposals templates & other client facing material.
• Supporting the team in preparing for RFPs & RFQs for Goverment Tenders
• Send timely reminders for renewals & extensions of contracts monitor usage & initiate setup and closure requests.
• Send invoices, collect payments & coordinate with the accounts team for TDS and GST
• Send proposals and follow ups.
Qualifications
• At least 03-05 years of Sales Operations Experience & similar experience in managing the CRM system.
• Any Graduate
• Young, smart & a pleasing personality
• Good communication skills
