Candidate and Role Description:
MyLand is hiring a Sales Operation Manager who will play a critical role in driving efficiency, insight , and alignment across the sales organization . This position is responsible for managing sales processes , tools, and data to optimize performance, forecasting accuracy , and operational execution . The ideal candidate is analytical , detail- oriented , and skilled at turning data into actionable business strategies . The ideal candidate will have demonstrated abilities to create and close on new business opportunities; and promote follow-on customer expansion.
This Sales Operations Manager role will report to the Sr Vice President of Sale s.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Process & Performance
Develop, implement, and maintain efficient sales processes that support revenue growth and scalability.
Partner with the Sales Team to identify and remove barriers to productivity and optimize the sales funnel.
Support strategic planning, territory alignment, quota setting, and incentive design.
Data & Analytics
Own sales reporting and performance dashboards; track key metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
Analyze sales trends and identify actionable insights to inform leadership decisions.
Technology & Tools
Evaluate and recommend new tools or automations that enhance sales efficiency and accuracy.
Train and support sales team on best practices for AI usa ge and sales enablement tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Support the development of sales enablement materials and resources in partnership with Marketing.
Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews and goal setting .
