📍 Location: Mumbai
💼 Role: Full-Time
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (Incl. Incentives)
About Us:
MSP Academy is one of Mumbai’s fastest-growing football academies – with Elite Squads in U13, U15, U17 playing in MFA & Maharashtra State League. We run 10+ batches, school programs, club tie-ups & more!
Your Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle day-to-day academy ops (scheduling, logistics, events)
✅ Convert leads, follow up with parents post-trials
✅ Market research & business development
✅ Maintain customer database & insights
✅ Assist the leadership team with planning & reports
✅ Collaborate with coaches & ground staff for smooth functioning
✅ Explore brand partnerships & sponsorships
What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Bachelor’s in Business / Sports Mgmt. preferred
📊 Experience in sales & operations (sports background a plus)
🗣️ Strong communication & organizational skills
⚽ Passion for football is a big bonus
🖥️ Comfortable with MS Office / Google Suite
🕒 Flexible to work evenings/weekends when needed
