Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain forecasting, purchasing, and distribution models, incorporating business intelligence from internal and external sources.
Serve as the integration point between Marketing, Sales, and Finance within the S&OP process.
Analyse historical sales data, market trends, and costs to improve forecasting accuracy.
Maintain and update databases and systems to ensure accurate demand and inventory data.
Generate regular reports on inventory levels, trends, and impacts of forecast adjustments.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance to align forecasts with promotional plans and market conditions.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, refining workflows to enhance efficiency.
Participate in cross-functional projects to drive supply chain improvements.
Serve as a point of contact for demand-related inquiries and issues.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
5+ years’ experience in a demand planning or analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.
Experience working with ERP and order management applications.
Knowledge of S&OP principles and best practices.
Exposure to demand planning tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
Tertiary qualifications in Business or Commerce (Bachelor’s degree desirable).
