Sales Operations Support executives play a critical role within our sales organization. They are vital to Sales teams and have a material impact on their efficiency and success.

About Role:

The Sales Operations Support Executive acts as the bridge between sales and the rest of the organization, ensuring smooth transactions and providing an excellent customer experience both internally and externally. This role focuses on maximizing revenue opportunities and optimizing selling time. The team's responsibilities range from general tasks to those requiring strategic and analytical expertise.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management & Process Improvement:
• Enhance sales processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, and sales teams on processes and reporting.
• Ensure accurate customer data with CRM and Data teams.
• Train GTM users on CRM and ensure compliance.
• Provide operational support to Sales and Finance.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Use predictive analytics to identify revenue patterns.
• Manage pipeline visibility and forecast.
• Analyse data and create reports.
• Improve and maintain data accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports regularly.

3. Sales Support & Problem Solving:
• Advise on opportunity management.
• Assist salespeople with order requests and documents.
• Support complex deals and correct deal structures.
• Help reduce customer risk with Customer Success and Account Management teams.
• Provide strategic support to sales management.

4. Leadership & Collaboration:
• Build strong relationships with sales management.
• Drive readiness for new sales processes.
• Support strategic business efficiency projects.
• Create clear documentation for process improvements.

Requirements:
• Efficient organizational and administrative skills
• Experience in project management
• Ability to resolve issues using common sense and judgment
• Proficiency in complex analysis and probability modelling
• Capability to capture and document business and reporting requirements from multiple sources
• Skill in coordinating and managing simultaneous data analysis requests of varying size and scope
• Experience in a customer-facing role (via telephone or face-to-face)
• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, commercially focused environment
• Experience supporting salespeople is a significant benefit
• Proven track record of exceeding customer requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to improve process efficiency. Clear, concise communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking abilities. Customer-focused mindset
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate data in various formats (Excel, Word, PowerBI, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Innovative problem-solving skills and strong analytical abilities
• Highly productive, efficient, and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
