Job description
We are seeking an experienced Network Security Lead to design, implement, and manage robust strategies to secure the organization’s network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security, risk management, and team leadership, with expertise in cloud proxy solutions and managing firewall security policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Network Security Management: Develop and implement strategies to safeguard the organization’s network infrastructure.
• Firewall & VPN Configuration: Oversee firewall policies, VPN technologies, and secure connectivity solutions.
• Threat Analysis & Risk Assessment: Conduct proactive threat analysis and implement risk mitigation measures.
• Incident Response & Recovery: Lead timely responses to security incidents and ensure swift recovery.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the security team to achieve operational excellence.
• Policies & Compliance: Define and enforce security policies, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to align security initiatives with business goals.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records and provide actionable insights on network security status.

Security Tools & Technologies:
• Advanced knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP).
• Hands-on expertise with firewalls, routers, switches, and VPN technologies.
• Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, and cloud proxy solutions.
• Proficiency in network monitoring, intrusion detection, and prevention systems.
• Familiarity with cloud security, SD-WAN, and zero-trust architectures.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields.
• 5+ years in network security roles, including 2+ years in leadership positions.
• Proven expertise in firewall security policies and network security technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
