Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in-person and over the phone, offering personalized sales assistance.
Answer incoming phone inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
Utilize the Xero system to manage sales transactions and inventory records.
Requirements:
Prior experience in sales, ideally in a retail or high-end product setting.
Confidence and skill in both face-to-face and phone-based sales.
Proficiency with Xero (or similar inventory/sales systems).
Strong organizational skills for managing stock and ensuring availability.
